A first Pilates class can feel unfamiliar, especially when you are settling into a new city. This guide makes the practical parts simple so you know what to expect before you arrive.
Before you come
Choose a session through the booking system or send us an Instagram message if you prefer to ask in English first. Wear comfortable clothes that allow you to move easily. Grip socks are required in the studio, and a water bottle or small towel can be useful.
Finding the studio
Muesu Pilates is on the second floor at No. 3, Heshan Street, West Central District, Tainan. Please arrive a little early so you are not hurried. The studio uses a self-entry process for confirmed bookings; the booking guidance explains the steps.
During your session
Your instructor will guide you through the class at a pace that feels manageable. You do not need previous Pilates experience. If English is your preferred language, let us know when you message us; Jocelyn can teach in English.
If plans change
You can change or cancel a booked class through the system more than 24 hours before it begins. Within 24 hours, the booking is locked. Please check the booking system for the current details before you confirm.
